Return Policy


  1. How do I return an item? 
    Please do notify us in writing of your intention at email or whatsapp +6011-1099 3200 within 7 days upon receipt of the order. 
    You are advised to keep an eye on the case and many need you to response in time / proof from you end before accept your return request.
  2. For which reasons can I return an item? 
    • Received the wrong product.
      Item received is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary.
    • Received a faulty product.
      The product is not functioning upon receipt of order. This defective does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration or accident damage by the natural breakdown.  

      * Warranty is void if inappropriate purpose, improper repair, improper maintenance or improper upgrades resulted in damaged.​​​​​​
  3. How Should I do if return request is approved? 

The goods must be shipped back to us within 7 days in the 

  • original box along with all accessories (manual, warranty cards etc)
  • must be unused & not have been installed
  • purchase receipt

Please be aware that we do not accept any returns that are not sufficiently packaged. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage / lost caused in return transit, and, should this occur, the item will be returned back to the customer with no refund


Replacement or refund will be made within 14 days, subjected to processing duration of the bank upon confirm & receiving your return goods.

Please note that you will be liable for the costs of returning the goods to us.
